? Demonstrated analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
? Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes with a clear understanding of hotel industry.
? Must have strong decision making and strategic vision skills.
? Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills.
? Ability to work under pressure.
To act as a professional activity including all activities involved in obtaining materials at minimum costs.
To analyze the supply, demand, and prices and to assess the local events as they affect materials.
To develop the purchasing policies, procedures, and plans.
